A CONSULTATION MUST TAKE PLACE IN ORDER TO RESERVE A SESSION.

Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date and will be applied to final total. Reservations are not confirmed until the retainer is received.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session. Sessions with outstanding balances will not proceed as scheduled.

How to Pay: Zelle is always preferred, but you are more than welcome to complete your reservation through the website.

Availability & Rescheduling: Availability is released on a monthly basis. Rescheduling requests must be made no less than 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Late Arrivals: Punctuality is essential to maintaining the flow of your session. Late arrivals will reduce your session time and can impact the quality of your experience. Arrivals beyond 30 minutes may be subject to a cancellation or require a rescheduling fee.

Fees:

A rescheduling fee of $55 will be assessed if arrival exceeds 30 minutes.

If you choose to extend your session an extension fee of $55 will be assessed. Maximum one extended hour.

Preparation: Clients are expected to arrive fully prepared, including wardrobe, grooming, and overall presentation. Guidance may be provided prior to your session to ensure a cohesive look.

Direction: You will be guided throughout the session with direction on posing, movement, and expression.

Guests & Environment: To maintain a controlled and elevated environment, only essential participants should attend. Additional guests may disrupt the flow and overall experience.

Select a tier that best aligns with your expectation: Signature, or Masterpiece.

Signature: Advanced luxury retouching that enhances makeup, minor hair adjustments, tone refinement, and color grading for a cohesive, magazine-quality aesthetic.

Masterpiece: Includes all of Signature perks, but also includes multiple looks and locations. This tier also increases the number of edited photos you receive.

Advanced Retouching: Higher-tier experiences, including Signature and Masterpiece, include enhanced retouching such as detailed skin work, makeup refinement, and overall image polishing for a more elevated, editorial finish.

Requests such as body reshaping, and/or major alterations may incur an additional fee.

Please ensure you are selecting the appropriate experience (Signature, or Masterpiece) for your desired photoshoot.

Turnaround Time: Final images are delivered within 1-2 weeks. In many cases, galleries may be completed sooner. By reserving, you trust and agree to my artistic style and editing approach.

Image Delivery: Images are delivered via a private online gallery. You will receive a full gallery of images taken and will have the opportunity to choose the images you’d like edited. Please choose images within 48 hours to ensure proper delivery time.

Usage Rights: All delivered images are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Any commercial, brand, or promotional use requires prior approval and licensing.

Model Release: Unless otherwise discussed, images may be used for portfolio, websites, and marketing purposes.

Select the options of “On-Location” or “Studio”.

Studio: Clients must specify any preferred backdrop color or style during consultation. Any last-minute changes to backdrop, props, or setup may not be accommodated. Food, drinks (with the exception of water), smoking or vaping are not allowed.

On-Location Responsibility: Client is responsible for securing and covering any On-Location permit fees unless otherwise agreed.

Access & Restrictions: Photographer is not responsible for limitations imposed by locations, security or public interference.

Professional Conduct: A respectful and professional environment is expected at all times. Mikael’s Perspective reserves the right to end a session if conditions are inappropriate or unsafe.

Photographer Cancellation: In the rare event the photographer is unable to fulfill the session due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be provided.

Third-Party Involvement: If MUA, stylists, or assistants are involved, please clarify responsibilities and liability.
